# consulting-writing Writing craft drawn from management-consulting deliverables — the executive-summary / pyramid structure that compresses a complex domain for decision-makers, and the MECE completeness of a roll-up. `criteria.json` is the SoT for each criterion's definition, comparator, and source; shared parsing for the deterministic checks is orchestrator-injected (the skill is content-type-agnostic). Examples are illustrative of the target English prose. ## MECE completeness (con.mece-axes · con.mece-clusters) A roll-up document must cover its subitems with no overlap and no gaps — the MECE principle separates a set of items into subsets that are "mutually exclusive (ME) and collectively exhaustive (CE)." Group many items under 2–4 top axes, place every item under at least one axis, and put anything that fits nowhere into an explicit residual (`기타` / "other") axis. Every subunit (cluster, theme, …) must appear in the roll-up (collectively exhaustive — no subunit dropped). ## Executive Summary structure (con.scr · con.so-what · con.bold-bullet · con.numeric-precision) The intro craft that compresses a complex domain for a decision-maker. Resists deterministic measurement (judge=M, qualitative review); the source techniques shared by author and reviewer: - **SCR** (con.scr) — develop the intro as Situation → Complication → Resolution (McKinsey). e.g. ✅ "Market share fell 8% year over year (Situation). A competitor entered at a 15% lower price (Complication). We resp...

executive-summary

Executive summary authoring discipline covering Pyramid Principle (Minto SCQ), one-page architecture, decision-enabling structure, audience-aware compression, and the never-bury-bad-news rule. Applies answer-first sequencing, cognitive-economy writing, and named-owner recommendation framing to all outputs. Distinct from `domains/sales/skills/proposal-strategist` (persuasion-to-close focus) and `domains/business-support/skills/analytics-reporter` (data-narrative focus). Use when: converting a lengthy analysis or briefing into a board-ready one-page summary; structuring a decision memo for C-suite consumption; compressing a multi-team status report for executive review; or authoring a risk or incident summary that must be readable in under three minutes.

consultant

Think and deliver like a management consultant from McKinsey, BCG, or Bain. Use when the user wants to: (1) Structure a business problem with hypothesis-driven decomposition, (2) Run strategy analysis with professional frameworks: market sizing, competitive landscape, financial modeling, SWOT, Porter's, (3) Build MBB-quality deliverables: executive summaries, strategy deck outlines, decision memos, (4) Apply firm-specific methodology: McKinsey verdict-first, BCG framework-first, or Bain decision-first, (5) Package analysis for non-consulting audiences: investor pitches, board presentations, conference talks. Produces structured analysis and deliverable CONTENT. For visual production, hand off to a delivery skill for slides, documents, or spreadsheets.
