ctx

今のセッションのコンテキスト使用量（ctx / 5h / 7d の使用率）を調べて Discord に返す。Discord から「/ctx」「/context」「コンテキストどれくらい？」「残り容量は」などが届いたときに必ず使用する。ターミナルから呼ばれた場合はその場に表示する

setup-channel

Discordチャンネルの新規作成ワークフロー。チャンネル・フォーラム・カテゴリを作る依頼を受けたときに必ず使用する。チャンネル作成だけでなく、受信設定（access.json）・プロジェクトの構成表更新・受信テストまでを一括で行う

clear

Discord から「/clear」「クリアして」「コンテキストをリセットして」「新しいセッションにして」と依頼されたとき、このセッションが動いている tmux ペインへ /clear を送ってコンテキストを空にする。Discord からの依頼で必ず使用する（ターミナルで直接 /clear できる場面では不要）
