markitdown
Converts files (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, images, audio, HTML, CSV/JSON/XML, ZIP, YouTube URLs) to clean Markdown using Microsoft's markitdown CLI, and optionally reviews the result for extraction artifacts (fragmented sentences, missing headings, ligature glitches, spelling errors). Use this skill whenever the user attaches a file and asks to convert it, extract text/content from it, "turn this into markdown," get a readable or editable version of a PDF or Office doc, or mentions markitdown by name — even if they just say something like "can you get the text out of this" or "make this PDF editable."
youtube-idea-finder
Finds YouTube videos that are "overperforming" for their channel size — high view counts from small/under-the-radar channels — for a given topic or search term. Use this whenever the user wants to find hidden-gem, underrated, or viral-outlier YouTube videos in a niche; wants examples of small creators who "went viral" or beat the algorithm on a specific topic; is scouting a niche for content strategy, competitor research, or collaboration ideas; or asks to search YouTube and filter results by view count, subscriber count, or a views-to-subscribers ratio. Trigger even if the user doesn't use the words "ratio" or "subscribers" explicitly — phrases like "find me small channels that blew up talking about X" or "what videos are punching above their weight for [topic]" describe the same task.
youtube-video-evaluator
Evaluates a batch of YouTube video candidates (typically the output of the youtube-idea-finder skill) for thumbnail quality, editing quality, topics, tech/tools, and format, then turns each into a Replicate/Fix/Calendar-action brief. Use this after youtube-idea-finder has surfaced overperforming videos, whenever the user wants to know WHY a video worked so they can copy the parts that worked and avoid the parts that didn't, or asks to turn found video ideas into a content calendar. Does not search or filter videos itself — it takes a list of already-identified candidates and produces a downloadable Markdown diagnostic report.
