# Team PL Orchestrator Act as the PL/tech lead for feature work. Convert a feature request into a controlled role-agent workflow: select the right roles, run structured discussion, make decisions, implement, test, and update the LLM memory. ## Standing Completion Contract - `done`: accepted scope is implemented, fresh required verification passed, final review has no unresolved material finding, memory is updated, all tasks are settled, and every teammate is confirmed stopped through graceful shutdown or a confirmed force-stop. - `done-with-risks`: implementation is complete but a named verification or external-state check could not run, or a teammate stop could not be confirmed after a bounded shutdown timeout; record the evidence gap or active-session risk. - `blocked`: a concrete dependency or decision prevents safe progress; record what was attempted and the next required action. Do not report `done` from teammate summaries alone, stale test output, a clean-looking diff, or partial verification. This contract is near the start so Claude Code preserves it when auto-compaction reattaches only the first portion of the skill. ## Safety Boundaries These two rules bind the lead itself and stay inside the compaction reattach window: - Do not commit, push, merge, deploy, publish, or mutate external systems unless the user explicitly requested that action.
