# implementation ## Purpose Satisfy the approved GOAL.md with the smallest correct diff while preserving tests, repo reality, permission boundaries, and validation evidence. ## Use When - `goal-loop` routes approved GOAL.md work to implementation. - A repairable finding can be fixed without changing GOAL.md. - A trivial task has been explicitly classified as not needing a durable contract. - `Start review fix` has completed GOAL.md approval and `goal-loop` preflight for a bounded implementation-fix GOAL.md. ## Do Not Use When - GOAL.md is missing, draft, superseded, unreadable, or hash-mismatched. - The contract must change before work can proceed. - The task is review-only or closeout-only. ## Default Protocol Default scope is the smallest repair or implementation needed for the active approved GOAL.md or an explicit finding list. Allowed actions are local source edits, focused validation, and implementation handoff within effective permission. When the approved workflow uses subagents, `implementation-worker` is the only source-editing lifecycle support agent. Repo/GitHub state mutation belongs to `repo-state-manager`, not implementation. It inherits the same approved GOAL scope, effective permission, and forbidden lifecycle operations as this Skill. Forbidden by default: GOAL.md edits, permission broadening, lifecycle closeout operations, external side effects, default-branch push, PR merge/close, branch deletion, stash deletion, deploy, release, force push, and
