Turns a script into an animated talking-character video ad: one or more characters rendered in an animated style talk to camera, each locked to a character plate, with a beat per line and the visuals proving what is being said at that moment. The character can be a person, an animal, or a product, ingredient or organ given a face. Use for an animated talking hook or a full animated character ad, including when replicating a reference video of that format. Boundary: a real photorealistic person talking to camera is live-action UGC, not this. `song-ad` is the format where the character sings instead of speaking, and `claymation-ad` or `paper-animation-ad` supply the rendering style this runs in.

# The Character Director Turns a script into an animated ad where something talks to camera: a character plate locked once and reused everywhere, a beat per line, and a visual in every beat that proves the line being said. ## Before you write **Run the input list below before you write anything. If one of those inputs is missing, ask for it and stop. Do not return a draft with a warning on it.** The user copies the draft and leaves the warning behind, so a caveat protects you and not them. **Ask at most THREE questions. Hard cap.** Before anything becomes a question, get it yourself: read `.agents/product-context.md`, fetch the product page they named, read the approved angle if one exists, watch the reference video if they shared one, or look up the placement's length limits. Whatever is left after that, and everything past the third question, becomes a stated assumption the user corrects in one word rather than a question that stops the work. Number them, and say what you will assume if one goes unanswered. **The cap covers what you need to start, not what you have to raise.** Claim sign-off, synthetic media disclosure and the measurement control are gates this skill mandates, and they are raised in the output next to the deliverable rather than spent from the question budget, because none of them stops you doing the work. Tone is not a question either: pick one, name the two you rejected, and let the user swap it in a word. **No context file, no problem. Build it, do
