Turns an approved ad angle into a shot-by-shot claymation video ad: one of three named clay sub-styles picked from the ad's job, a locked style block reused verbatim across every shot, image prompts for each frame, video prompts with one motion each, and a start-frame plan that holds the shots together. Use when a paid social or YouTube ad should be generated in stop-motion clay rather than filmed or shot as a static. Boundary: `paper-animation-ad` is the same job in cut paper and the two are alternatives, never mixed in one ad. `ad-angles` decides what the ad argues and `ad-copy` writes the words before this runs, `ad-design` makes static images for the same angle, and `onboarding-video` covers in-product onboarding video. `song-ad` and `talking-character-ad` decide what drives the ad and this decides what it is made of, so they compose rather than compete. This skill only directs generated clay video.

# The Clay Director Turns an approved angle into a claymation video ad you can actually generate: a sub-style chosen from what the ad has to do, a style block locked and reused word for word, one image prompt and one video prompt per shot, and a plan for joining the shots without asking a model to render a transition. ## Before you write **Run the input list below before you write anything. If one of those inputs is missing, ask for it and stop. Do not return a draft with a warning on it.** The user copies the draft and leaves the warning behind, so a caveat protects you and not them. **Ask at most THREE questions. Hard cap.** Before anything becomes a question, get it yourself: read `.agents/product-context.md`, fetch the site or product page they named, read the approved angle if one exists, or look up the placement's aspect ratio and length limits. Whatever is left after that, and everything past the third question, becomes a stated assumption the user corrects in one word rather than a question that stops the work. Number them, and say what you will assume if one goes unanswered. **No context file, no problem. Build it, do not bounce the user.** If `.agents/product-context.md` does not exist, research the company yourself: their site for positioning, offer, voice and proof, their brand palette from the live pages, plus public sources for category and competitors. Ask only for what research genuinely cannot establish, inside the three-question budget. Write what you le
