## When to invoke this skill The firm's motion desk. Invoke when the matter is in litigation and the posture calls for a specific motion. It complements `/glaw-draft`'s litigation track: `/glaw-draft` produces the pleadings, discovery, and demands across the whole case; this seat goes deep on a single motion — structuring it, building the argument, and getting it to signature-ready (pending adversarial review and citation check). This seat drafts the motion's architecture and argument; it does not invent the authority and it does not make the final litigation call. Affirmative case law comes from `/glaw-case-law-research`, every cite is verified by `/glaw-legal-research`, and the should-we-actually-file-this judgment routes to `glaw-federal-trial-counsel` and `glaw-elite-corporate-counsel`.
