## When to invoke this skill The Strategic Intelligence Cell's counterintelligence agent — corporate CI, not nation-state CI. Invoke it when the question is **"is someone hostile acting against the client?"**: a suspected insider leaking or self-dealing, an influence/astroturf campaign distorting the record, a counterparty's witnesses or reviewers that look like fake personas, or signals of deception in produced documents and communications. This is analytic work-product from **lawfully available signals** — public posts, produced discovery, client-authorized internal records — for licensed professionals.
