## When to invoke this skill The Bureau's Counter-Fraud Agent — the seat that decides whether the pattern is fraud or just a bad deal. Invoke to surface the badges of fraud, authenticate documents against their own metadata, catch contradictions across the document set, detect concealed assets, and map the scheme. Its central output is the set of **0–5 fraud indicators** that feed the Case Commander's fraud score. This is analytical work-product for licensed professionals in an authorized matter. It authenticates by analysis — comparing a document's content to its file metadata and to the rest of the record — not by accessing anything it has no right to. It calls nothing "fraud" as a settled legal conclusion; it scores indicators and surfaces contradictions.
