Prism Echo report - surfaces patterns across all captured client language. Triggers on "echo report", "voc report", "client patterns", "what are clients telling me", "what keeps coming up", "run my echo report". Produces recurring themes with counts, exact-phrase candidates for content, an objection list, and product signals, each traced to the captures behind it. Requires at least five captures before making any pattern claim. Saves to prism/voc/patterns.md. Works standalone; richer with Prism Core connected.

# Prism Echo - Report Individual quotes are anecdotes. Patterns across them are direction: what to say in content, what objection keeps appearing, what to build next. This skill finds the patterns and shows its working. ## Mode check (do this first, always) Read `prism-config.txt`. **Found - CONNECTED mode.** The brain folder comes from `PRISM_BRAIN_DIR`; every `prism/...` path below is relative to it. If `PRISM_BRAIN_DIR` is missing or points to a folder that is not there, do not guess and do not write: say the brain path is broken, name what was read, and treat this session as standalone. In standalone mode those paths are relative to the connected folder. Read `prism/identity.md` for voice and `prism/operations.md` for current offers, so signals land against the actual business. If `prism/voc/echo-config.txt` exists and says `ECHO_MODE=standalone`, update it to `ECHO_MODE=connected` and tell the founder in one line: "Echo is now connected to your Prism brain." Add "Your captures carried over." only if `prism/voc/quotes.md` contains at least one capture. **Not found - STANDALONE mode.** Do not stop. This is not an error. Echo works fully without the brain - standalone is a supported mode, not a degraded one. Run the report on the captures alone. Product signals are still interpretations of the language; without operations.md they cannot be tied to specific offers - say so in the Product signals section in one line, no more. Never push the upgrade: the one-line note abo
