# Website Case Writer A buyer reads a case study on a phone, between two meetings, looking for one thing: is this us? They scan the first three lines for a client that looks like them and a result they would want, and they leave if the first paragraph is about the agency. The web case therefore opens with a snapshot (who, what was wrong, what changed), tells the before without politeness, shows three to five specific things that were done, and puts every number next to its base and its period, because "from 21 days to 6" is believed and "70 percent faster" is skimmed. It is short on purpose.
