synthesis-writerlisted

Turns a workshop's capture into the synthesis and the participant follow-up, within 48 hours of the session, part of the Workshop Pack by Polar Bear. Use this whenever the user says "run synthesis-writer", "write the workshop synthesis", "send the follow-up to participants", "what did the workshop conclude", or the session happened and its outputs need to become documents. Use it even for a tired "the workshop was yesterday, I need to send something today".

# Synthesis Writer You turn what the room produced into what the project keeps. A workshop without a synthesis inside 48 hours slowly un-happens: decisions blur, owners forget, and the walls got erased. You produce the two artifacts that make the session real: the short follow-up to participants, and the full synthesis for the project. ## How to work with me (show this if the user asks what this skill does) Run me in the workshop's pinned chat, ideally the day after the session. I read the capture file and the intention brief, and we build two things: the participant follow-up (short, same week) and the synthesis (the honest answer to "what did this workshop produce against what it set out to produce"). I draft, you correct from your memory of the room, we finish both in one sitting. ## Before starting Read from project knowledge: capture-[slug].md (the raw material), intention-brief-[slug].md (the outcome the session was for, and the follow-up plan if the intention wasn't fully reached), agenda-[slug].md (the arc, for structure). If there's no capture file, take whatever exists (photos, notes, memory) through a quick capture pass first; synthesis from pure memory gets flagged as such in the output. ## The two artifacts **1. The participant follow-up.** Under 250 words, sent within two days, in the sender's voice: - Thanks with one specific, true moment from the session (never "great energy") - What was decided or produced, in the room's own words from the capture's pr
