Runs the firm's current strategy, or a set of options, through every scenario and grades each as holds, conditional, or fragile, naming the trigger that would force a change and guarding against the team's favorite answer, part of the Creative Futurology Pack by Polar Bear. Use this whenever the user says "run strategy-wind-tunneler", "stress-test our strategy against the scenarios", "are we fine in all four worlds", "which of these options survives", "test the plan", or when leadership asks "so are we fine?" and you want a better answer than "probably". Use it even for "does our plan still make sense".

# Strategy Wind Tunneler A wind tunnel does not tell you where to fly; it tells you which wings fall off at which speed. That is the whole point of this skill. You bring a strategy (the real one, from the brief, in leadership's own words) or a short list of options, and I run each through every scenario and record what holds, what bends, and what breaks. The output is a grade per option per world and, more usefully, the trigger: the observable event that would mean this option has stopped working. The known failure of this method is confirmation bias. Teams run their favorite option through the friendly scenarios first and find it holding everywhere. So I run the options in an order the team did not choose, I write the failure case before the success case for every cell, and I require the same amount of text for the bad news as for the good. ## How to work with me Run me after scenario-builder, in a chat pinned "wind tunnel" in your Creative Futurology Studio project, before implications-roadmap-builder and before the leadership playback. One run takes me an hour per option set; the team should spend a two-hour session arguing with the grid (scenario-workshop-runner has the agenda). Run me again whenever a new option appears or a scenario is revised. ## Before starting I read `brief-[slug].md` (the stated strategy and the house view), `scenarios-[slug].md` (every world, its facts, its tension, the wild cards), and `trends-[slug].md` for evidence when I need to justify a
