focal-question-framerlisted

Turns a vague wish to "think about the future" into one focal question with a time horizon, a scope, and the decision it must inform, and fills the engagement brief every other skill reads, part of the Creative Futurology Pack by Polar Bear. Use this whenever the user says "run focal-question-framer", "we need a trends piece", "the client wants a future-of session", "help me frame this futures work", "what should our offsite be about", or when someone has an appetite for the future and no question yet. Use it even for "I don't know, something about where our industry is going".

One run takes 20 to 40 minutes of your attention. If you already have a filled brief, paste it and I will stress-test it instead of interviewing you again. ## Before starting I am the skill that creates the brief; on a first run there is no
