# arXiv Submission Check A readiness audit against **arXiv's own rules**, not a writing or peer-review pass. Assumes the science is settled. This catches what bounces or embarrasses a paper at upload time. Scope: arXiv policy and the mechanics of building on arXiv's TeX Live. House styles, funding statements, employer disclaimers and venue formatting are out of scope — those belong to the author's own verification script or a venue skill. Section 5 is the one deliberate exception and is labelled as such. Run every section. Report each item as PASS / FAIL / N/A with the offending file and line. Do not fix silently — list findings, then fix on confirmation. ## 0. Before starting arXiv's limits and policies change.
