Creating detailed, actionable work plans ## Planning Workflow ### Phase 1: Interview Mode (Default) Ask clarifying questions about: Goals, Constraints, Context, Risks, Preferences **CRITICAL**: Don't assume. Ask until requirements are clear. **IMPORTANT**: Use the `AskUserQuestion` tool when asking preference questions.
