# Company Knowledge
## When to Use
Use this Skill when a request depends on company-specific facts such as:
- product specifications;
- company policies;
- SOPs;
- manuals;
- certifications;
- brand rules;
- training material;
- approved sales/marketing information.
Do not use general model memory as the primary source for these facts when the enterprise knowledge platform is available.
## Procedure
1. Identify the company-specific facts required to answer the request.
2. Use the configured WeKnora MCP/API knowledge tools to search the authorized Knowledge Bases.
3. Prefer direct retrieval/source inspection for straightforward fact questions.
4. Preserve exact model identifiers, numbers, units, dates, revision names, certifications, and limits.
5. If multiple sources materially disagree, retrieve enough context to show the conflict.
6. If evidence is insufficient, state that the current company knowledge does not provide a reliable answer.
7. Cite or identify the source when the client/tooling supports it.
8. Continue with the user's requested task only after grounding the company-specific facts.
## Conflict Rule
Never silently reconcile contradictory company documents.
Use a structure similar to:

## Unknown Rule
If no reliable company source is found:
- do not invent a company fact;
