Implement the work described by Kyle in the spec or tickets.
When the work is a ticket set, find it where the producer put it — one file per ticket under `docs/tickets/<feature-slug>/` on the local backend, or the tracker's issues — and work the **frontier**: take the next ticket whose blockers are all done, finish it, then take the next; never a blocked one. Mark each finished ticket so the frontier stays readable: check its acceptance boxes and set its `**Status:**` line to `done` (local), or close its issue (tracker) — that marker is what "blockers are all done" reads. Do not close or modify any parent issue while working. **One frontier ticket per invocation** — one branch, one PR, the full suite green before it; re-run `/implement` for the next ticket. Everything below ("the end", "once done") reads per ticket, not per set.
Call the Skill tool with `tdd` where possible, at pre-agreed seams ("seam" in the codebase-design skill's sense).
Run typechecking regularly, single test files regularly, and the full test suite once at the end.
Work on a feature branch and commit as you go, per the global git workflow in `~/.claude/CLAUDE.md`. Once done, open a PR — the `adversarial-review` loop is the standing pre-merge gate before any autonomous merge.
