Launch Google Ads campaigns through ads.google.com in the browser, or through the Google Ads API for bulk work. The create-and-draft flow was live-verified. Important cleanup note — saved drafts have no delete option in the Google Ads UI, so the correct dry-run path is "Discard on exit" (never save the draft). Use this when launching Google Ads specifically; loaded automatically by the parent agentic-ads skill.

# Google Ads — Skill Two ways to launch Google campaigns: - **Through the browser** — Claude drives Google Ads directly in Chrome. Works for any active Google Ads account, no developer setup needed. - **Through the Google Ads API** — faster for bulk work. Requires a developer token, which is approval-gated by Google (about 5 business days for the first tier). Both paths keep campaigns Paused or in a Draft state until you explicitly say "launch." > **Status: 🚧 Browser create/draft flow verified; deleting a saved draft is a known gap.** The full build-a-draft path was live-verified end-to-end: create a Search campaign via "Create a campaign without guidance" → name it → save as a draft → confirm it saved to the "Drafts in progress" list with a real campaign ID. Nothing served or spent. > > **Important cleanup finding.** Once a "draft in progress" is **saved**, Google gives you **no way to delete it from the campaigns list** — no trash icon, no actions column, the bulk-edit button is disabled for drafts, the builder itself has no delete button, and the "Save as draft?" prompt only appears if you've made changes since the last auto-save. So for a dry run: **click Discard in the exit dialog — never click Save.** To remove a draft that was already saved, you need Google Ads Editor, the Google Ads API, or you have to finish + publish it as a Paused campaign first (real campaigns do expose a Remove control), then delete that. > > If you land on an ad account that's suspended or
