Diff the user's actual allocation against their PORTFOLIO-PLAN.md targets and produce sized rebalancing suggestions. Use when the user asks to rebalance, check if they're over/under-weight, or align to a target. Read-only — suggestions only.

# Rebalancing Planner Read-only; suggestions only, never orders. `reference/READ-ONLY-POLICY.md` (hard rule) and `reference/RESEARCH-STANDARDS.md` (disclosure — this skill always produces recommendations) apply. Works over whichever broker(s) `BROKERS.md` names active — resolve any capability against `reference/BROKER-CAPABILITIES.md`. ## Steps 1. **Load the target.** Read `PORTFOLIO-PLAN.md` for the target allocation and bands, risk limits, and **rebalancing rules** (cadence, action threshold, correction order, selling constraints, untouchables). Those rules decide whether a drift is even actionable and how to close it, so read them before computing anything. Missing or stale section → say so and offer `portfolio-plan-builder`; never invent a target. 2. **Pull actual holdings.** Equity holdings capability, from every active broker (a user split across brokers holds different things in each — diff the union, not just one). Open F&O/intraday positions capability if the plan has a derivatives bucket. The MF sleeve comes from `PORTFOLIO-PLAN.md`, unless INDmoney is active and covers it (net-worth/holdings capability — see `BROKER-CAPABILITIES.md`'s unverified rows before relying on it); if neither, the fund side of any target-vs-actual diff is unknown — say so rather than treating the equity book as the whole portfolio. Mark everything to current market value via LTP / quote+depth capability — allocation is by current value, no
