# Outcome
Add one production-ready, globally unique skill to the correct existing skillpack, grounded
in current primary sources and repository evidence, with every canonical file, registration
change, generated artifact, eval, and verification result needed for a reviewable pull
request.
## Compatibility
Portable across Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode, but specialized for this repository's
`packs/<language>/<subject>` layout. Repository checks and the optional offline scaffold
helper require Python 3.11 or newer. Web research is optional at the permission boundary;
without it, report the current-source evidence gap and do not claim current completeness.
Native-client compatibility remains unverified until a validated report records the client
version and exact source SHA.
## Use this skill when
- The request names one proposed skill and supplies its details and intended scope.

- A draft skill directory must be researched, completed, registered, and verified against
current repository rules.
- An existing proposal needs conversion into this repository's complete skill shape rather
than only a `SKILL.md` draft.
## Do not use this skill when
- The request creates a new skillpack, subject package, or coordinated list of skills; use
`genaptic-skillsets-create-skillpack`.
- The request modifies an existing skill without adding a new public skill identity.
- The requested capability
