# Lead Qualify (ICP check) Score a lead against fit, not hype. Default criteria — edit them to your own ICP in `ops/icp.md` if you keep one: - Do they have the problem you solve, today (not someday)? - Can they buy — budget, and someone with authority? - Is there a reason to act now? - Do you have a way in — a warm path or a real signal? Output: a 0–4 fit count, the single biggest gap, and a call: **pursue / nurture / pass.** A clear "pass" is worth more than a hopeful "maybe". Read `ops/icp.md` first if it exists; don't invent facts about the company you weren't given. ## Depth - quick: pursue / nurture / pass + one reason. - standard: the full scoring above. - deep: + the disqualifiers, and what would have to change to requalify.
