# Pilot: a first campaign on 100 contacts ## What this does Walks you through one complete outbound campaign, from "who do we sell to" to "here is what the numbers say", on a deliberately small list of 100 contacts. It runs the other skills in order and stops at every step so you can look at what was produced before anything costs money or reaches a person. At the end it gives you one decision: scale, change the message, or change the target. ## When to use it Use it when you have never run a campaign with this repository, when you are opening a market you have not sold to, when you are testing a new offer, or when the sending domain is new. Use it also when someone else set up a campaign and you want to see the whole chain once, slowly. Do not use it when you already know the market and the copy works: run [`outreach`](../outreach/SKILL.md) with `full` instead, which does the same steps without stopping at each one.
