Follow the canonical Tink operating rules, approval gates, run state, and verification policy. 4. Accept legacy `$tink cast <task>` wording as the same action, but present `$tink:cast <task>` in guidance. 5. For non-trivial tasks, `$tink:cast` prepares the run and asks for approval first; it does not silently start implementation.
