## Description
Audits the brand landscape around a business: who the competitors are, how each one positions itself, what their visual identity says, what their messaging emphasises, and where their white space lies. Produces a structured competitor matrix, a 2D positioning map (Mermaid quadrant chart), and a list of defensible differentiation opportunities.
This skill goes deeper than "list the top 5 competitors."
