# Meeting Preparation
## Process
### Step 1: Identify the Meeting
- Meeting name, date, time
- Attendees (names and organizations)
- Agenda or topic (if available)
### Step 2: Gather Context
For each key attendee, collect:
- **Role & organization** — web search if not already known
- **Relationship to [YOUR ORGANIZATION]** — [member/client/prospect/partner/board?]
- **Recent interactions** — check email for recent correspondence
- **Open action items** — any pending tasks involving them or their organization
- **Past meeting notes** — prior meeting notes or call logs if accessible
For the meeting topic:
- **Related [YOUR ORGANIZATION] programs** — which initiatives or research is relevant?
- **Recent developments** — web search for relevant industry news
- **Internal context** — check [YOUR DOCUMENT STORAGE] for relevant documents
### Step 3: Build the Brief
Structure the output as:
