# UI Styling Follow the repository's design system and tokens when they exist; do not overlay a second visual language. Evaluate and report three independent dimensions: 1. Visual composition and adherence to the requested form factor and content hierarchy. 2. Functional and responsive behavior through the real requested workflows. 3. Semantics, keyboard access, focus, motion, contrast, safe rendering, and reachable recovery. Framework use, file count, LOC, and ARIA quantity are not quality evidence. Report honestly when one dimension improves while another regresses. Read `agent-rules/reference/ui-styling.md` and `agent-rules/reference/web-ui.md` only for an actual UI surface. Report usable evidence for each applicable dimension; heuristic output is review input, not proof.
