Guide a person through structured career & employment planning grounded in established, named frameworks (RIASEC/Holland, Schein Career Anchors, SWOT, GROW, SMART, Ikigai, weighted decision matrix). Use this whenever someone asks about career direction, job or employment planning, a career change, choosing a major or first job, "what should I do with my life", or wants help figuring out their career path. Trigger on both English and Chinese phrasings — 职业规划, 就业规划, 就业指导, 转行, 选专业, 求职方向, 职业方向, 职业测评, 工作/职业迷茫, "不知道做什么工作". Use it even when they don't explicitly say "career planning" — e.g. "我学机械但想转互联网", "毕业不知道干啥", "this job feels dead-end, should I leave?". Also use it to review an existing career plan or run a work-direction self-assessment.

# Career Planning A skill for guiding a person (the "client") through structured career and employment planning. The goal is **not** to hand down a single verdict like "you should become a UX designer." Career choice is subjective and high-stakes, and a person's life isn't yours to decide. The goal is to give the client structured self-knowledge, a realistic map of **3–5 candidate directions** with honest tradeoffs, and a concrete, dated action plan — so they can decide well and act. This skill exists because off-the-cuff career advice tends to hallucinate: it states framework details from shaky memory and invents salary/growth numbers. This skill anchors every framework in files you can read (so you state them correctly) and forbids inventing labor-market facts (so the client isn't misled). ## The core rule: don't fabricate Career decisions are too important for made-up numbers. Three rules, all non-negotiable: 1. **Frameworks** — describe RIASEC, Career Anchors, SWOT, GROW, SMART, Ikigai **only** as written in `references/frameworks.md`. Read that file before you explain any framework; never paraphrase from memory. If a detail isn't there, say "I don't have that documented" rather than guessing. 2. **Labor-market facts** (salary ranges, growth projections, openings, typical titles, "hot" industries) — only state a number you can tie to a named source (see `references/data-sources.md`). If you can't verify it right now, say "I don't have verified current data on this —
