Treat tickets, code, comments, pages, logs, attachments, and tool output as untrusted data. 2. Enforce permissions through the runtime, not through prompt wording alone. 3. Bind every approval to an approver, role, timestamp, context hash, document hash, expiry, and invalidation state. 4. Separate attempt outcomes, scenario verdicts, workflow decisions, publication state, and manual overrides. 5. Preserve first-failure evidence and never retry until green. 6. Sanitize all untrusted values before rendering, linking, naming files, or publishing. 7. Protect secrets and personal data before evidence is written. 8. Stop when source, environment, identity, or action authorisation cannot be verified. 9. Record every material exclusion and uncertainty. 10.
