# Attack shape ## Contract | Field | Bound contract | |---|---| | Trigger | User wants adversarial stress-testing of an architecture, structure, or shape. Either the agent attacks and the human defends, or the agent proposes and the human attacks. | | Authority | Read-only. No file, VCS, credential, paid, published, deployed, or remote mutation. The agent emits chat output only. | | Side effect | An attack or proposal transcript in chat, plus the surviving or broken shape recorded in chat. | | Done | The shape has been attacked from both directions, the human has defended or attacked, and the surviving shape (or non-converged record) is recorded. | ## Inputs The proposed architecture, structure, or shape to test. The human must supply it as text, a diagram description, or a reference to an artifact already in context. Without it the skill stops. Optional: named attack axes the human wants prioritized (coupling, abstraction depth, failure modes, scalability, ownership boundaries). Optional: a scope limit naming what is out of bounds for the attack. Optional: constraints, scale, existing components, and non-goals for a proposal round. A human participant must be present; the skill does not converge without one. ## Procedure 1. Restate the target shape from the supplied input and confirm scope with the human before attacking or proposing. Do not test material outside the stated scope. Done when: the shape is restated and scope is confirmed. 2. Determine the direction....

adversary

Adversarial pressure-test of a decision, plan, or piece of work. Articulates the case FOR the current approach, then spawns a subagent to steel-man the best alternative, returns a synthesis with mandatory verdict. Invoke ONLY via /adversary — do NOT trigger on 'what do you think' or 'any concerns'.

shape

Primary pipeline entry for structured requirements discovery. Use first when the problem, scope, or user needs are still fuzzy and you need shared understanding before /research. Not for already-shaped PRDs or implementation-ready work.

shape

Shape the assistant's output for a reader with ADHD, and anyone who wants action-first, low-friction responses. Lead with the concrete next action, number multi-step work, restate state across turns, cap and rank lists, give concrete time estimates, make wins visible, and cut preamble, recap, and closers. Use when: 'ADHD-friendly', 'action-first', 'give me the structured version', 'lead with what to do', 'cut the preamble', or when the user invokes it to set that output shape for the session. Once invoked, applies to every response for the rest of the session. This is a STANDING posture over future responses; to reshape one dense message already on screen (chunk it one-decision-at-a-time, define its jargon, surface the decisions) without changing the session style, that is the one-shot sibling adhd:clarify. Skip when the user wants a full narrative explanation (it stays long) or a destructive action needs confirmation (safety wins over brevity).
