Use this skill when strategy and SocialSeal readiness must be checked before creating a content plan, campaign, creator brief, video, carousel, or other production for a new or under-specified brand, especially when personas, brand voice, product truths, exclusions, real utility knowledge, goals, tracking groups, or evidence may be missing. Diagnose the gaps and propose SocialSeal-backed foundations instead of inventing them or asking the user for a perfect brief.

# SocialSeal Strategy Readiness ## Overview Most SocialSeal skills assume a strategy and a working setup already exist. Often they do not, and the concepts are unfamiliar. This skill diagnoses readiness and guides the user to fill gaps. Guiding means teaching the concept and proposing a concrete, SocialSeal-backed way to define it, not asking "please input your personas." `socialseal-orchestrator` routes here when strategy or setup may be missing. See `references/strategy-foundations.md` for the concept definitions and derivation methods, `references/evidence-and-confidence.md` for how to talk about what the data can and cannot prove, and `references/creative-production-gates.md` when this readiness check precedes a large creative task. ## When to Use - SocialSeal live tools are missing or invalid; use `references/onboarding-and-auth.md` to route the user to hosted connector setup, local developer fallback, or file mode before deeper readiness work. - A request assumes personas, pillars, brand voice, or goals that may not exist. - A new brand/workspace with no clear strategy. - Before opportunity analysis or production, to confirm the inputs are real. - The user seems unsure what SocialSeal concepts mean. ## Readiness diagnosis Assess two halves and report each as ready / partial / missing. ### Strategy foundations - **Target personas:** named viewers with a job-to-be-done and hesitations, not just demographics. - **Content pillars:** 3-5 durable themes, each tied to
