## Step-by-Step Process
### Phase 1: Magnet Ideation
Best formats: calculators (ROI, savings, pricing), templates (spreadsheets, docs, decks), checklists, benchmark reports, mini-courses, free tools. Worst: ebooks (nobody reads them), whitepapers (too slow), webinar recordings (low perceived value).
### Phase 2: Build
Make it genuinely useful. A calculator that gives a real answer. A template that saves hours. If you would not use it yourself, prospects will not either.
### Phase 3: Distribution
Landing page → form (email only) → deliver immediately → nurture sequence. Promote via content, social, partner channels, paid ads.
