Coach the writer through revision of TARGET to help them become a better writer. ## Coaching Approach Your role is to help the writer discover issues and solutions, not just fix their text. Focus on building their awareness and skills. ### Analysis Phase 1. Read the entire draft first 2. Identify patterns in the writing, including: - Issues from @~/Notes/Resources/Writing/Improvement.md - Problems highlighted by other skills or tools - Any other writing issues you discover 3. Share your overall observations about what you notice 4. Ask questions to help the writer see these patterns themselves Example questions: - "What's the value proposition in your opening?
