It never stages, commits, stashes, resolves conflicts, aborts an operation, removes files, or changes branches. Interpret `recovery_required` as a hard stop: the owning agent must explicitly resolve or abort the interrupted Git operation before `/worktree commit` or `/worktree merge` may continue.
