Defaults to `src/GlobalStrategy.Core.sln` for this repo. - **Configuration** (optional): defaults to `Debug`. - **--filter** (optional): forwarded verbatim to `dotnet test --filter` to scope to a subset of tests (e.g. a single class while iterating).
