Non-required checks (e.g., macOS runners, mobile E2E) that remain pending should NOT block merge if all required checks are green. 4. **Auto-merge:** If `mergeable: MERGEABLE` and `mergeStateStatus: CLEAN`, run `gh pr merge <PR> --auto --squash`.
