# Idea Farm ## Purpose Cultivate and maintain a rolling backlog of ≥ 20 viable video ideas, scored, sequenced, and ready for `/research-brief` + script production. The idea farm is the channel's content fuel pipeline — when it's full, every weekly publish is calm. When it's empty, the creator panic-produces and quality drops. ## Decision Logic Ideas come from real audience signal: comments (highest density), search behavior (organic intent), Suggested feed (algorithm signal), sales-call themes (highest buying-power signal), email replies (highest engagement signal), competitor content gaps (positioning signal), trend windows (timing signal). The farm weights sources by source-quality. Sales-call themes are 10× more valuable than competitor content gaps — they're closer to the buying decision. Comments themes are 5× more valuable than trend windows — they're closer to your audience. Every idea is scored on: - Audience-fit (does this speak to the avatar?) - Mode-fit (authority / reach / hybrid?) - Awareness-level fit (which level does this address?) - Belief-installation contribution (does this advance the offer's 8-belief path?) - Specificity (concrete claim or generic topic?) - Compounding value (evergreen or timely?) ## Tacit Principles 1. **Comments and sales calls are the highest signal.** Real-world audience language = real ideas. Never start with the creator's brainstorm in a vacuum. 2. **One idea per row, with full context.** Each idea: title hypothesis, hook hypoth
