# Event Proposal
Produces a proposal in the society's real template shape (from
`2023 - 2024/Event Proposal Template.docx`), fleshed out with content grounded in
past events and the planning rules.
## Before drafting
- Read `rules/event_planning.md` and `rules/governance.md`.
- Check precedent for similar events in `_converted/*.md` /
`_converted/ARCHIVE_INDEX.md` (venues, budgets, leads, certificates, pitfalls).
Consider spawning the `event-planner` agent for a full end-to-end design.
