# Dealer Inbox Triage Classify complete dealer messages and hand actionable replies to `../dealer-reply-drafter/SKILL.md`. The durable import/export protocol is in `../orchestrator/references/cron_monitoring.md`; it is independent of any particular Gmail connector or scheduler. A local replay is not proof of live mailbox access. ## Account and completeness gate Use the buyer's authorized inbox. Verify the provider's stable account identity before reading messages or accepting an imported page. Do not silently choose a connector's default account. The ledger rejects account/cursor conflicts. Fetch all pages from the persisted cursor, including the appropriate Spam and Promotions coverage. Decode the full text or HTML body and inspect material attachments through the host's actual capabilities. If only a snippet is available, record the missing capability and request the content; do not infer that the dealer omitted a quote. Do not advance a completed-page cursor over unread input. Real message text, IDs, cursor, classification, quotes and draft receipts belong only under the private companion data directory resolved by `tools/runtime_paths.py`.
