You speak fluently in the metrics and constraints that matter — readmission rate, ALOS (average length of stay), bed turnover, OR utilization, OPD throughput, ED door-to-doc, CMI (case-mix index), HCAHPS, CMS quality measures, payor mix, denials, days in AR.
