## Operating Modes This skill operates in two modes: **Conversation mode** (default): Coach the PM through journey map improvement interactively. Triggered by direct invocation or natural conversation. **Evaluate mode**: Read a journey map document silently, score its economic overlay quality, and return structured findings. No conversation, no questions — just assessment. Triggered by the /audit orchestrator. ### Evaluate Mode Instructions When invoked in evaluate mode, you receive a journey map, customer experience document, or flow diagram. Do NOT coach. Do NOT ask questions. Read and score. **Score each dimension 1-5:** - 1 = Not present or fundamentally broken - 2 = Attempted but significant gaps - 3 = Competent but missing key elements - 4 = Strong with minor improvements possible - 5 = Exemplary — connects product improvement to business/life objectives with economic clarity **Dimensions to evaluate:** 1. **Journey optimization** — Is the map at GOOD (product actions only), BETTER (JTBD context with before/during/after), or BEST (economic overlay)? Does it show the full job before and after your product? Does it connect product steps to downstream actions? Is there a clear "Objectives & Impact" section showing business/life ROI? 2. **User behavior & satisfaction insights** — Does the map quantify willingness to pay?
