Project-scoped persistent memory store for coding agents. Stores decisions, hazards, conventions, and context about the codebase. Memories carry an epistemic class — fact, observation, or decision — that shapes when they surface. Query memories (query) before answering project questions or researching workflows — not only before modifying files. Store after significant discoveries. All tools accept an optional `project` parameter for cross-project memory access: an absolute path, a 16-char project ID, "global" for the machine-wide everyone store, or "group:<name>" for a named group store. Subscribed groups also fan into a project's queries automatically.
