axiom

AxiomCore front door - onboarding and module management. Actions - start (first-run setup, scaffolds the workspace), activate <module> (M2-voice, M2-brand, M3, M4), deactivate <module>, tier <simple|advanced>, language <code>, status, overview. Run start in any new folder to set up the system.

dev

Software development planning. Actions - spec <project> (brainstorm product and tech specification), plan <project> (turn the specs into a delivery plan - work packages, dependencies, effort in hours, milestones), feature <project> (decompose specs into numbered feature documents), revise <project> (update specs with new requirements), overview. Planning only - no application code is ever written here.

lint

Health checks for the vault, the hierarchy structure, and all markdown files. Actions - all (every check), markdown (style only), vault (delegates to vault-gardener agent), structure (hierarchy depth and numbering), overview.

project

Create and manage the project structure - projects, sub-projects, and work packages (WPs). Actions - new project, new subproject, new WP, overview. Hierarchy depth (2 or 3 levels) is fixed at creation. All work happens in WPs; projects and sub-projects are pure structure.

setup

Owns the setup/ area and makes the system adaptable. Actions - new (draft a capability setup file via guided interview), run (execute a pending setup file), list, overview. Also owns structural migrations - changing the hierarchy depth of a project or workstation. First-run onboarding is owned by /axiom, not here.

todos

Own the To-Do Protocol - user tasks in vault tasks.md files, optional Notion Kanban mirror, status reporting. Actions - new (create a task, user confirmation required), sync, push, pull, board (Notion mode only), status, overview. Fully functional without Notion (vault-only mode).

ws

Create and run workstations - permanent areas for routine, repeated work (independent of projects). Actions - new WS, new subWS, new area, new routine, run, from project, list, overview. Hierarchy depth (2 or 3 levels) is fixed at creation.

ingest

Process raw files from vault/sources/ into linked wiki pages. Actions - all (every unprocessed source), file (one specific source), overview.
