Forces Claude to exhaust every available resource before saying "I can't / I don't know / not sure / it depends / unclear". Climbs a five-tier resource ladder (local filesystem → system context → authenticated MCPs → open web → delegated agents) and refuses to capitulate until at least two independent tiers have been tried. Use when the user says "be resourceful", "don't give up", "find a way", "go deeper", "exhaust options", "investiga mais", "não desistas", "vai mais fundo", "tenta tudo", "find every resource", "no shortcuts", "stop guessing". Also fires proactively (Stop hook) on capitulation phrases to block them before they reach the user. NOT a verifier of code (that's /did-it-actually) and NOT a code reviewer (that's /code-review) — this is purely about banning premature surrender.
