selecta-youtube
Plays one specific named recording through YouTube - a particular song by a particular artist - in a small visible player window, and records it in the repository's selecta crate. Use only when the user names an actual track or artist they want to hear, such as "play Sponono by Kabza De Small" or "put on the new Burna Boy". Do NOT use for moods, genres or vibes ("something calm", "amapiano", "lo-fi for focus") - those belong to the selecta skill, play on radio, and open no window. This skill starts audio and opens a browser window, so only run it when the user asked for that specific track.

Diagnoses selecta - which dependencies are present, which player can be read, whether anything is running, whether the status line is installed, and whether state has gone stale. Use when the user says the music is not playing, the status line is blank or not updating, a command failed, or asks to check their selecta setup. Do NOT use to play or control music (that is selecta), to report listening history (that is selecta-crate), or to install the status line (that is selecta-statusline). This is a read-only check; it never starts audio and installs nothing.

Installs, removes or inspects the selecta status line, which shows the currently playing track under the Claude Code input box. Use when the user asks to show what is playing in their status line, to turn that display on or off, or asks why it is not showing. Editing the user's global settings.json requires their explicit consent in the conversation first, so this skill is a strict two-step - run once to preview, ask, wait, then run again to apply.
