Turning a design into a handoff-ready file through HTML, construction is free, so the work goes into the look; the format follows the piece, fonts are embedded, the preview is cheap. Only the things that actually bite, plus the edges where a native tool is the honest answer.

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Notes operations on direct user instruction, capture a line the user dictated, append a todo the user named, toggle a checkbox the user pointed at, read a specific period's note for the user. Triggers when the user explicitly tells the AI to do something in or with a daily, weekly or monthly note. State changes go through `zanmai.py notes daily|weekly|monthly` so the path is resolved from `.zennotes/vault.json` deterministically and the AI never has to translate `titlePattern` itself.
zanmaipowerpoint
Native PowerPoint handling, fill a template or create new slides, fully headless (no app, no MCP). A .pptx is a ZIP of XML edited locally. Carol runs this to produce or fill decks. Native objects only; the CI lives in the master and layouts, not the theme alone.

setup
